101 Mobility Partners with SourceAmerica
VIENNA, Va. – April 30, 2015 - SourceAmerica has announced that the organization is expanding its franchise program by adding 101 Mobility to its official franchise partnership list.
SourceAmerica has a network of over 1,000 community-based nonprofits across the country which supports and employs people with disabilities. The continually expanding franchise opportunities allow for a nonprofit agency to hire and train even more people with disabilities.
101 Mobility is a leader in providing sales, installation and services of mobility and accessibility products and solutions, such as stair lifts, scooters, and wheelchair ramps. It also ranks at #29 on the Entrepreneur’s list of Best New Franchises in 2015.
According to Paul Donohue, interim executive director of commercial at SourceAmerica, "This is an exciting time at SourceAmerica. Our number one goal is to employ more people with disabilities and we are looking at every business opportunity in how and where to do that. 101 Mobility gives us entree and access to new business angles that help our nonprofit agencies gain momentum in other business venues."
"I’m also excited about the connection between what 101 Mobility is doing and our mission and those we serve. There is excellent synergy here."
The nonprofit sectors interest in franchising is growing. With concepts like 101 Mobility, which serves the needs of many in the disabled community, it is uniquely aligned with the mission of SourceAmerica and their network," said Dr. Ben Litalien, principal of Franchise Well and a franchise expert that advises SourceAmerica on strategic relationships in franchising.
Dave Pazgan, president of 101 Mobility franchise systems, said, "We are very excited to partner with SourceAmerica and offer our franchise program to their affiliates. The connection to our business and their mission to support the disabled community makes this a fantastic fit for 101 Mobility and the SourceAmerica network."
Crossroads Industrial Services, a SourceAmerica CRP located in Indianapolis, IN, is one of the first to consider a 101 Mobility franchise. According to Chief Operating Officer Curtiss Quirin, "We view this opportunity as a growth industry segment and a good fit for our mission."
SourceAmerica currently works with 15 different franchise concepts through the program, which began in March of 2012. Subway, the UPS Store, Papa Murphy's, and College Hunks Hauling are some of the other familiar brands that have previously joined the franchise program in the effort to increase ways to train and employ more people with disabilities.
