Flexible Work
SourceAmerica offers both a hybrid and remote work model, depending on the job requirements of the position and one’s proximity to our offices in Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, or the Washington, DC area. This allows employees to either work in the office two to three days per week or full time at home.
