Provide leadership and supervisory training for staff.

- Determine areas of need for training
- Consider soft skills and hard skills
- Research training options appropriate to staff needs
- Consider various training modalities: online, in-person, self-paced
- Implement training and assess retention
- Provide opportunities for workplace application and practice
