Make production goals and current production levels visual for staff to monitor.

Process
- Each hour, charts posted by workstations are updated with current production goals
- The charts also list the current production goals and customer requirements
- Staff can compare their production rate to the goals and monitor their progress

- Staff understanding of charts

- Staff are empowered to monitor their own production levels and
- Production and participation is increased
