Implementation Process
Process
- Phoenix partnered with a local bank to provide financial literacy training to employees
- The bank provided an extensive three-day workshop that covered the following topics
- Money Management
- Interest Rates
- Budgeting
- Checking and Savings Accounts
- An incentive is provided to employees for attending, including meals during training

- Processes and procedures for implementing training and for staff that want to attend the training
