Implementation Process

Process

  • Phoenix partnered with a local bank to provide financial literacy training to employees
  • The bank provided an extensive three-day workshop that covered the following topics
    • Money Management
    • Interest Rates
    • Budgeting
    • Checking and Savings Accounts
  • An incentive is provided to employees for attending, including meals during training

Documentation

  • SOPs
    • Processes and procedures for implementing training and for staff that want to attend the training
