Implementation Process

Implement a variety of employee reward and recognition programs, such as:

  • Annual bonuses
  • Annual Christmas party for staff and their family, including entertainment for adults and children
  • Recognition certificate and monetary award for Employee of the Month
  • Recognition certificate and monetary award for Employee of the Year
  • Periodic work unit picnics and on-site lunch meals sponsored by individual project managers

Outcomes/Results

  • Reduced attrition of supervisory staff
  • Increased production by subordinate personnel
  • Increased employee loyalty
  • Contributes to cohesion between subordinates, managers, and executive staff, while facilitating positive relationships throughout the organization
