Implement a variety of employee reward and recognition programs.

- HR and other staff to manage rewards and recognition
Implementation Process
Implement a variety of employee reward and recognition programs, such as:
- Annual bonuses
- Annual Christmas party for staff and their family, including entertainment for adults and children
- Recognition certificate and monetary award for Employee of the Month
- Recognition certificate and monetary award for Employee of the Year
- Periodic work unit picnics and on-site lunch meals sponsored by individual project managers
Outcomes/Results
- Reduced attrition of supervisory staff
- Increased production by subordinate personnel
- Increased employee loyalty
- Contributes to cohesion between subordinates, managers, and executive staff, while facilitating positive relationships throughout the organization
