Practice Description

A structured incentive program set for employees by each division selecting the outstanding employee for the specified time period (quarterly, annually) based on the project manager’s criteria. The criteria used to select the employee of the quarter or employee of the year are, Attendance, Attitude, Flexibility, Production, and Pride. Cash awards are:

  • Employee of the Quarter (each division) - $250
  • Employee of the Year (each-division) - $500
  • Employee of the Year (company-wide) - $1500
