Practice Description
The Employee Advisory Committee gives staff the opportunity to voice concerns, complaints, ideas for improvements, and so on, to a third-party moderator (outside of site supervision).

Implementation Process
- The Employee Advisory Committee gives staff the opportunity to voice concerns, complaints, ideas for improvements, and so on, to a third-party moderator (outside of site supervision).
- Notes are taken and tracked on a matrix, so the moderator can assess the results
- Supervisors are provided feedback
- Meetings are held either monthly or bi-monthly, depending on the size and need of the site.
- Members of the committee are selected by their peers
- Each member serves for one year
- Each committee member makes a recommendation for their replacement
- The committee consists of competitive and hourly employees with disabilities.
