- Each employee is offered a comprehensive benefits package when hired
- Benefits include medical and dental insurance
- Employees can choose between three different employer-sponsored plans
- Employees have access to an on-site primary care clinic, which is fully staffed by medical assistants, nurse practitioners, and a physician
- This service comes at no cost to employees
- Eligible employees can participate in an organization-matched 403B retirement plan, which includes a prorated vestment schedule and full vestment after 6 years of employment
- Employees accrue paid time off benefits throughout the year along with paid holidays
- Employees can take time off to seek medical treatment and for periods of incapacitation
- Absences can be excused with proper medical documentation
